Barclay Damon announces the addition of two associates to its major market offices. Henry Gaylord has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials and Labor & Employment Practice Areas and is located in the Boston office, and Jennifer Hopkins has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials and White Collar & Government Investigations Practice Areas and is located in the Washington DC office.
Gaylord represents start-ups, owner-operated small businesses, and large companies in a wide range of disputes—including those concerning business torts, contractual obligations, intrabusiness agreements, commercial landlord-tenant relationships, trade secrets, noncompete agreements, and employment discrimination and retaliation—before state and federal courts. Previously, Gaylord was an associate at Burns & Levinson. With his addition, Barclay Damon has now welcomed 11 attorneys from the Boston firm.
Hopkins assists with the representation of clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, particularly those pertaining to criminal white collar and financial regulatory matters. As a former term clerk in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York and judicial law clerk in the US Department of Justice, Hopkins has experience assisting with complex civil and criminal matters.
