Alexander’s primary office is Rochester.
Alexander brings breadth and depth of experience in commercial real estate transactions and financing matters. He represents private companies, developers, and financial institutions in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and complex financing arrangements, and has counseled clients on corporate governance and transactional risk management. Alexander also represents national retailers and developers in shopping center leasing. Additionally, his background includes civil litigation experience in New York State Supreme Court, giving him a well-rounded perspective on dispute avoidance and strategic planning.
