Barclay Damon announces that associates Matthew Perez and Tyler Eckert have joined the firm’s Torts & Products Liability Defense and Professional Liability Practice Areas in Syracuse and Buffalo, respectively. Together, they bring a strong foundation in litigation, trial advocacy, and risk management that further enhances the firm’s ability to serve businesses, insurers, and professionals throughout New York State.
Perez represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, and insurance defense claims and assists with all stages of the litigation process. Perez joins Barclay Damon from a trial and litigation firm in Syracuse.
Eckert’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, representing clients in complex tort, personal injury, construction, premises liability, toxic tort, environmental, and product liability matters. He has handled cases through all phases of litigation. Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Eckert was an associate at a full-service law firm in Buffalo.
