She has handled multimillion-dollar commercial loans, working closely with lending institutions and commercial developers. Gan’s experience also includes construction loan transactions and residential property matters for high-net-worth clients. She provides clients with comprehensive guidance on loan documents, purchase agreements, and closing management as well as title, survey, and lease reviews for renewable energy transactions.
