Barclay Damon Welcomes Back Commercial Real Estate and Financial Transactions Associate Dzifa Gan

Barclay Damon announces Dzifa Gan has rejoined Barclay Damon as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Areas. Her primary office location is Buffalo.

Gan represents clients across a range of commercial real estate transactions, including high-stakes acquisitions, sales, and complex leasing agreements for retail, industrial, and office spaces. She has handled multimillion-dollar commercial loans, working closely with lending institutions and commercial developers. Gan’s experience also includes construction loan transactions and residential property matters for high-net-worth clients. She provides clients with comprehensive guidance on loan documents, purchase agreements, and closing management as well as title, survey, and lease reviews for renewable energy transactions.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Gan was an attorney at firms in Amherst and Orchard Park, New York, and London, England.
