Overview

Biography

Dzifa concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and loan transactions, including commercial real estate acquisitions and sales; retail, industrial, and office space leases; and commercial loans for clients ranging from interstate corporations, lending institutions, and commercial developers to small local businesses. She also represents borrowers in construction loan transactions and high-net-worth individuals in residential transactions and works closely with banks, title companies, and brokers.

Dzifa negotiates, reviews, and drafts purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financial loan documents; provides legal guidance throughout the transactions; and coordinates and manages closings. She also conducts title, survey, and lease reviews as part of renewable energy lease and acquisition transactions.
