David Solimeno Joins Barclay Damon

December 29, 2020—Barclay Damon announces David Solimeno, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Regulatory and Project Development Practice Areas and Energy Team. His primary office location is Albany.

Solimeno’s experience includes assisting clients with Article 10 and Article VII major electric generating facility and infrastructure siting under the New York Public Service Law. He has taken part in regulatory proceedings involving litigation and settlement negotiations and appeared before administrative law judges at evidentiary hearings, procedural conferences, and public statement hearings.
