Dennis R. McCoy To Present at National Business Institute Seminar

Dennis R. McCoy of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP will be speaking at two National Business Institute Seminars, "May it Please the Court- Effective Case Presentation at Trial, presenting on March 25 in Buffalo at the Hyatt Regency and March 26 in Syracuse at the Renaissance Hotel. McCoy's presentation, "Opening Arguments- How to Tell a Compelling Story," will cover the purpose of the opening statement, how to communicate the theme, how to introduce applicable laws, and more. McCoy is a senior trial attorney who has litigated and tried cases throughout the United States. His practice concentrates on civil litigation, with focuses on insurance coverage, product and professional liability, as well as commercial disputes.
