Giuliana Hathaway Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Giuliana Hathaway, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials Practice Areas. Her primary office is Boston.

Hathaway advises clients on a range of labor and employment matters, including terminations, reductions in force, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, unfair labor practices, arbitration, and accommodations. She handles claims and employment litigation before administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and courts and advises clients on a variety of policy and personnel issues. On behalf of her clients, Hathaway performs due diligence and drafts consultant and independent contractor agreements.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Hathaway was an in-house staff attorney for an aerospace and defense company in Hunt Valley, Maryland. She also gained relevant experience through law clerk and summer associate positions with a full-service law firm in Johnston, Rhode Island, as well as intern and extern positions with Rhode Island Superior Court Judges Richard A. Licht and Daniel A. Procaccini.
