Overview

Biography

Giuliana advises clients on labor and employment matters, including terminations, reductions in force, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, unfair labor practices, arbitration, and accommodations. She handles claims and employment litigation before administrative agencies, including the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and courts and advises clients on a variety of policy and personnel issues. On behalf of her clients, Giuliana drafts consultant and independent contractor agreements.

Through her previous role as an in-house staff attorney for an aerospace and defense company, Giuliana has gained experience counseling clients on government contracting requirements such as the Service Contract Act and the Federal Acquisition Rule’s disclosure requirements; internal employee investigations through the Ethics and Compliance Helpline, particularly those including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment; and union-employee relations.
