Hiscock & Barclay's John Cook to Present at Program on Procedural Issues in Civil and Criminal Cases

Syracuse, New York - February 14, 2014 - Hiscock & Barclay Partner John D. Cook will join two others presenting March 6 in Syracuse for a continuing legal education program on procedural issues in Federal court cases.

"Back to Basics: A Discussion About Procedural Issues at the Early Stages of Civil and Criminal Cases," will run from 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the third-floor ceremonial room at the James F. Hanley Federal Building and Courthouse.

The program, for new and experienced attorneys, will take a close look at intricacies of the early stages of civil litigation and criminal actions.

Cook will be joined by fellow presenters Richard R. Southwick, Assistant U.S. Attorney, and Daniel R. McAllister, Deputy in Charge, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

The program is approved for 1.5 CLE credits toward the skills requirement. There is no charge for members of the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association.
