Kaity McClaine Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Kaity McClaine, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Insurance Coverage & Regulation and Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Areas and Transportation Team. Her primary office is Albany.

McClaine focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes and torts and product liability defense matters. She defends clients in personal injury, trucking, and premises and product liability matters. McClaine has experience briefing and arguing motions before state courts. 

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, McClaine was an associate at a firm in Dallas.
