Kelly Burns Named Associate After Admission to New York State Bar

Barclay Damon announces Kelly Burns has been admitted to the New York State Bar. Burns, a former law clerk at Barclay Damon, is now an associate at the firm. 

Burns is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation & Complex Trials Practice Area. She graduated from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Burns’s experience includes drafting demand letters, complaints, subpoenas, pleadings, and other legal documents and conducting legal research on a variety of issues. She also has experience with tax issues and disputes. Burns is based in the firm’s New York City office.
