Lauryn Fulton Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Lauryn Fulton, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Project Development and Energy Practice Areas. Her primary office is Washington DC.

Fulton represents clients in a wide range of project development matters, especially as they pertain to the energy industry. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial land lease agreements and related documents, transfer documents, and litigating disputes arising from the ownership of real property and construction endeavors. 

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Fulton was a litigator with a boutique law firm in Washington DC, focused on representing homeowners in litigation involving construction defect claims. Previously, she was also involved in assisting with multiple multimillion-dollar commercial development projects and undertook legal research on complex labor and tax issues.
