Matt Smith Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Matt Smith, associate, has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Areas. His primary office is Rochester.

Smith advises clients on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business litigation, executive compensation agreements, and civil rights litigation. He has additional experience drafting company policies and procedures and advising corporate clients on them.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Smith was an associate at firms in Charlotte, North Carolina, Buffalo, New York, and Syracuse, New York. He also served as a petty officer second class in the US Navy.
