Biography

Matt advises clients on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including business litigation, executive compensation agreements, and civil rights litigation. He has additional experience drafting company policies and procedures and advising corporate clients on them.

  • Successfully obtained a motion for summary judgment dismissing a $60 million contract dispute.
  • Successfully appealed a matter where the plaintiff rejected a $2 million settlement, the jury awarded $1,000, and the trial court set aside the verdict with additur of $800,000.
