Meaghan Murphy Joins Barclay Damon

May 10, 2021—Barclay Damon announces Meaghan Murphy, counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Trusts & Estates Practice Area. Her primary office location is Albany.

Murphy has extensive experience counseling individuals regarding estate planning issues, including drafting suites of documents for high-net-worth individuals facing estate tax concerns and assisting individuals concerned with protecting assets from long-term care costs. She guides executors, trustees, and administrators through the process of trusts and estates administration, including filing estate tax returns. Murphy also advises business owners on business succession planning issues and tailors plans to complement their respective individual estate plans.
