Overview

Biography

Meaghan primarily concentrates her practice on counseling individuals regarding estate planning issues, including drafting suites of documents for high-net-worth individuals facing estate tax concerns and assisting individuals concerned with protecting assets from long-term care costs. She guides executors, trustees, and administrators through the process of trusts and estates administration, including filing estate tax returns.

Meaghan also advises business owners on business succession planning issues and tailors plans to complement their respective individual estate plans.
