Michael Scott-Kristansen Joins Barclay Damon

June 30, 2022—Barclay Damon announces Michael Scott-Kristansen, special counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Health Care Controversies and Health & Human Services Providers Teams. His primary office location is Rochester.

Scott-Kristansen represents health care and human services providers in a wide range of litigation and compliance matters, including those involving payers, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Health, the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, and the Office of Professional Discipline. He also advises clients on a wide range of matters, including audits and investigations, regulatory compliance and enforcement, and HIPAA compliance and breach investigations, among others.
