Molly Drescher Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Molly Drescher, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Real Estate and Financial Institutions & Lending Practice Areas, where she focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for institutional investors, developers, and lenders. Her primary office is Syracuse.

Drescher represents clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures, managing matters from due diligence through closing. She drafts and negotiates key transaction documents—including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and development agreements—and advises clients on critical issues involving title, zoning, and leasing to help drive successful outcomes in complex real estate deals.

Before joining Barclay Damon, Drescher was an associate in the New York City office Global 200 law firm Greenberg Traurig.
