Rachel Friedman Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Rachel Friedman, associate, has joined Barclay Damon’s Torts & Products Liability Defense and Professional Liability Practice Areas. Her primary office is Syracuse.

Friedman focuses her practice on representing and defending clients in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and personal injury matters. Her experience includes all aspects of litigation, including handling discovery, drafting motions and other filings, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court conferences, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Friedman worked on both the plaintiff and defense side of litigation at firms in Buffalo, New York City, and Syracuse, giving her a broad perspective on litigation, including assessing and valuing personal injury claims.
