Rebecca Krehbiel Joins Barclay Damon

Barclay Damon announces Rebecca Krehbiel, counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Trusts & Estates Practice Area. Her primary office location is Buffalo.

Krehbiel focuses her practice on trusts and estates matters, including estate planning and administration, trust administration, tax planning, special needs planning, and probate. She prepares fiduciary accountings, federal estate and gift tax returns, and federal and state fiduciary income tax returns for individual, charitable, business, and not-for-profit clients. Krehbiel also advises clients in forming for-profit and not-for-profit entities as well as various other transactional and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Krehbiel was a member at a law firm in Morgantown, West Virginia. She has also gained experience through teaching Legal Estate Planning as an adjunct lecturer at West Virginia University College of Law and as an associate with a law firm in Boston.
