Thomas Paul Joins Hiscock & Barclay

Thomas J. Paul has joined the Syracuse office of Hiscock & Barclay, LLP as an Associate attorney. He concentrates his practice in the area of environmental law, with a focus on renewable energy technologies, carbon capture and storage, and waste cleanup and management.

Paul is a graduate of Vermont Law School, Yale University, and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at the Yale Environmental Law Clinic with conservation organizations and as a legal research assistant at Vermont Law School on a variety of environmental law and policy issues.
