Biography

Dhruthi focuses her practice on intellectual property and business litigation, including trademark and patent litigation in federal courts relating to pharmaceuticals, gene sequencing, computer programs, diagnostic and medical devices, telecommunications, electronics, and water purification systems. In addition to her previous experience as an attorney in India and at a large national firm based out of Boston, Dhruthi’s experience as a former US District Court federal law clerk lends her an extensive grasp of judicial processes and outcomes.

Dhruthi also provides business and legal advice regarding global marketing, branding, and trademark licensing, conducts trademark screening searches, registers marks with the USPTO, and manages client trademark portfolios. Dhruthi works with clients to protect their trademark rights in contested matters and interparty proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
