Biography

With over 25 years of experience in the field of zoning and urban and community planning, Heather brings a significant background in working with development projects, zoning and land use rules and regulations, and the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) to Barclay Damon’s Project Development Practice Area.

Heather’s prior roles with a regional planning agency have equipped her with extensive knowledge of and establishing working relationships with local government officials, community groups and other stakeholders, design professionals, attorneys, and applicants.
