Biography

Nick focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation. He has experience defending claims arising out of New York State Labor Law, medical malpractice claims, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage disputes, and premises liability claims.

  • Obtained summary judgment dismissal of negligence claims brought against a truck driver and his employer.
  • Won a motion to dismiss on behalf of a prominent fast-food chain securing summary judgment dismissal of a premises liability cause of action.
  • Successfully defended a professional malpractice action against a personal injury attorney.
  • Represented multiple Fortune 500 companies in premises liability actions in federal court.
  • Successfully prosecuted appeals to the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and secured summary judgment in favor of an insurance company where the client did not owe any duty to the injured plaintiff.
