Law Clerk



Ron’s practice is informed by his background as a nurse leader, which gives him a unique perspective regarding the challenges faced by health care clients. He assists clients of the firm’s Health & Human Services Providers and Health Care Controversies Teams in a wide range of matters. Ron conducts legal research on health care law and regulations and drafts and reviews a variety of health care data management, collaboration, and privacy-related documents, including long-term care HIPAA policies and privacy and security manuals. He also assists with client preparation and has participated in the defense of licensed individuals in matters before the New York State Office of Professional Discipline.
