He is a persistent negotiator, yet understands the value of a gentler approach. Ron draws on his long-standing relationships in the business community to achieve his clients’ goals.
In addition to real estate developers and investors, Ron represents regional retail businesses, automobile dealerships, and not-for-profit associations and has represented local, national, and international aggregate companies. He has represented local and national banks and credit companies in all types of secured and unsecured financings, such as acquisition, development and construction loans, permanent loans, asset-based financings, ground lease financings, and joint ventures. Ron is also well-versed in major debt restructurings, representing both borrowers and lenders.
