Shawn focuses his practice on working with clients to address HR and tax due diligence issues related to cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and initial public offerings (IPOs). He reviews compensation and benefits plans to help clients develop compliant plans and minimize tax liabilities and addresses Internal Revenue Code and ERISA issues. Shawn also assists with benchmarking and analyzing equity and base compensation strategies for clients.
