Overview

Biography

Jenna represents clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Jenna also handles a wide range of labor and employment issues, including handling claims before administrative agencies and courts and advising clients on a variety of policy and personnel issues. Her litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and taking and defending depositions.

Representative Experience

  • Conducted extensive e-discovery and prepared cross examinations for witnesses in a national case.
  • Represented health care providers in probate litigation, including conservator claims and fiduciary-related disputes.
  • Conducted internal investigations of health care fraud allegations for hospital and physician group clients.
  • Prepared asylum applications for Afghan refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
