Yvonne Hennessey, Linda Clark, Amy D'Ambrogio, Dena DeFazio at NYSBA Annual Meeting

Barclay Damon had a robust presence at NYSBA’s 2023 Annual Meeting, held in mid-town Manhattan. 

Yvonne Hennessey moderated a panel as part of NYSBA’s Environmental and Energy Law Committee’s programming, Linda Clark hosted NYSBA’s Litigation Committee’s meeting, and Amy D’Ambrogio presented during a program sponsored by NYSBA’s Real Property Law Section’s Committee on Not-for-Profit Entities and Concerns and the Committee on Continuing Legal Education, titled “Development and Capital Projects for Not-for-Profit.” Amy’s topic was “Due Diligence, Entitlements, and Real Property Taxes.” The firm also sponsored the Constance Baker Motley Symposium, “Fitisemanu v. United States: The Argument That Could Have Been,” presented in part by the Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Dena DeFazio was a program chair for the symposium, which explored how the applicability of the US Constitution to territories of the country impacts US nationals and the rights of the country’s citizens.
