United States: The Argument That Could Have Been,” presented in part by the Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Dena DeFazio was a program chair for the symposium, which explored how the applicability of the US Constitution to territories of the country impacts US nationals and the rights of the country’s citizens.
