Pennsylvania Supreme Court Decides Act 13 Case; Finds Zoning Provision Unconstitutional

In a case that all of industry has been watching, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's has declared parts of Act 13 unconstitutional, reaffirming the right of local municipalities when it comes to zoning natural gas drilling.
