Barclay Damon Welcomes Sara Dorchak

Barclay Damon announces Sara Dorchak, counsel, has joined Barclay Damon’s Trademarks, Copyrights & IP Transactions Practice Area. Her primary office is New York City.

Dorchak has over 10 years of experience in trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement. She represents domestic and international clients whose businesses span a wide variety of industries, including fashion, entertainment, cannabis, and downloadable and nondownloadable software, among others. Dorchak represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and files documents and trademark applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office. 

In addition to her legal practice, Dorchak is an adjunct professor at St. John’s University School of Law, where she teaches a course on trademark drafting and prosecution. Prior to joining Barclay Damon, Dorchak was an associate at a firm on Long Island, New York.
