Overview

Biography

Celine is a strategic legal advisor who helps clients navigate the intersection of innovation, culture, and the law. Rooted in intellectual property, data privacy, AI governance, and complex commercial transactions, her practice empowers businesses—from emerging creatives and nonprofits to global enterprises and Big Tech—to protect ideas, scale impact, and stay resilient in a fast-changing legal and technological landscape.

She advises clients across industries, including entertainment, media, fashion, health care, financial services, consumer goods, emerging tech, and Web3. Known for her relationship-driven and creative approach, Celine is a trusted partner to storytellers, social impact leaders, and mission-driven founders.

Her transactional work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of IP and tech agreements, such as SaaS and platform service contracts, EULAs, subscription and collaboration agreements, licensing deals, and terms of service. She also develops privacy, accessibility, and cybersecurity policies for digital platforms and consumer-facing products.

In the AI space, Celine supports clients on model validation, governance frameworks, transparency, and ethical use, facilitating collaboration between legal, product, and engineering teams to align innovation with compliance.

Holding a fashion law certificate from Fordham University, she advises designers, brands, and influencers on global trademark strategy and brand protection, including IP clearance, prosecution, commercialization, and enforcement.

Celine also performs compliance gap analyses, advises on, and liaises with regulators on data privacy and consumer protection laws and regulations, including the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, COPPA, and TCPA. Her regulatory work spans contributions to proceedings before the FTC, FCC, and US Supreme Court; engagements with the UN, NTIA, and NIST; and drafting thought leadership on behalf of government agencies, such as the US Chamber of Commerce.
