Overview

Biography

Christina has extensive experience representing operators and developers of multifamily, retail, and senior housing projects and solar projects in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including multi-property and multistate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, option agreements, titles, surveys, and zoning matters. In addition, Christina has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in various financing transactions, including REIT transactions, lease financing, conduit lending, construction financing and acquisition loans, commercial and asset-based financing, and Massachusetts Housing and Finance Agency and HUD financings as well as representing lenders in workout and foreclosure matters.
