Overview

Biography

A former US Immigration and Naturalization Service immigration inspector and trial attorney, Rosanna primarily concentrates her practice on providing representation and guidance to clients in immigration and cross-border law matters. She has extensive experience handling emergency and complex cases, leveraging professional networks at agencies, embassies, and consulates around the world to benefit clients and bring cases to effective conclusions.

Rosanna represents businesses, colleges and universities, government entities, individuals, and not-for-profit agencies in all immigration matters, including corporate services and support; green card and US citizenship; marriage and cross-border relationships; working in the United States, including B-1 and B-2, E-1 and E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, and TN status; and criminal waivers.

In addition to her role at Barclay Damon, Rosanna is the managing partner of Berardi Immigration Law.
