New York State’s energy policy is at a critical inflection point. Seven years after the enactment of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA), the state continues to balance ambitious climate mandates with evolving regulatory, infrastructure, and economic realities.
The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) is hosting a free CLE program for members and non-members on June 2, 2026, bringing together industry leaders and policymakers to provide practical insights into where New York State’s energy framework stands—and where it may be headed next.
