Aleece discusses the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA), which, if passed, will legalize the production, distribution, and use of marijuana in New York State. As with the CRTA, the MRTA has a provision for a social equity program. However, unlike the CRTA, the MRTA has a provision for home grow.
