Biography

Joslin assists in the representation of clients in corporate, tax, and financial matters. Through a summer associate position at Barclay Damon, she has gained experience with legal research; drafting memoranda, purchase agreements, certificates of incorporation, and loan modification agreements; and business structuring strategy.
