Barclay Damon Announces 2026 Changes to Leadership Teams

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm with offices across the Northeastern United States and in Washington DC and Toronto, announces the following 2026 leadership changes across the firm’s practice areas, industry teams, and committees.

These appointments reflect the firm’s ongoing commitment to leadership development, succession planning, and enhanced client service.

Practice Area Changes

Industry Team Changes

  • Tony Gangemi, partner, joins Naresh Kannan and Denis Sullivan as co-leaders of the Technology Team.
  • Kannan, partner and co-chair of Barclay Damon’s Patents & Prosecution Practice Area, joins Doug Nash and Sullivan as co-leaders of the Communications & Networking Technology Team.
  • Kate Noll, partner, joins Kannan as co-leaders of the Emerging Technologies Team.
  • Noll joins Nash and Sullivan as co-leaders of the Medical Devices Team.

Committee Changes

  • Brienna Braman, counsel, and Jessica Tariq, counsel, are new members of the Next Generation Committee. Braman is chairing the committee, replacing Bridget Steele.
  • David Burch, deputy managing partner, is a new member of the Compensation Committee.
  • Daniel Martucci, associate, is a new members of the Associate Integration Committee, replacing Sarah O’Brien.
  • Laura Fraher, partner and co-chair of Barclay Damon's Power & Energy Construction Practice Area, is one of the firm’s new members of the Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging Partner Committee, representing the firm’s major markets offices and replacing Penny Mason. O’Brien, partner, is joining Bob Heary on the committee as a representative of the Buffalo office.
  • Deb Peckham, partner and co-chair of Barclay Damon's Trademarks, Copyrights & Licensing Practice Area, is a new member of the Intake/Conflicts Committee, replacing Stanganelli.
  • Vince Saccomando, partner, is a new member of the Billing Committee, replacing Roger Cominsky.
  • Steele joins Carol Snider to co-chair the Women’s Forum. She succeeds Crowley in this role.
